Mr. Vishal Atha is the Managing Director of Petro Carbon And Chemicals Limited. A Commerce Graduate with Honors, Vishal Atha is a dynamic, second generation entrepreneur with a difference. At this young age he has been a driving force in transforming a conservative family-owned iron ore mining business into a progressive, vibrant and profitable industrial entity with a multi-country presence and the back-up of a strong team of qualified and committed professionals.
He has rich and extensive background in calcined petroleum coke industry. Leveraging over two decades of industry experience, Mr. Atha provides strategic direction for the group’s business endeavours in carbon and its allied businesses. His leadership skills and foresight extends not only towards operations but also overseeing various projects, diversifications and acquisitions.
His strategic vision and leadership played a pivotal role in steering the Group’s expansion into the realm of renewable energy, particularly in solar and wind power. Through meticulous planning and decisive action, he orchestrated the diversification of the company’s portfolio, embracing sustainable practices and contributing to the green energy revolution.
