Arun Kumar Kedia, aged 56, is a seasoned Chartered Accountant having over 32 years of extensive experience in finance, accounts, treasury, capital raising, corporate strategy, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles in renowned conglomerates such as SREI, Aditya Birla, and Adhunik Group, garnering profound expertise across diverse sectors.
During his tenure at SREI and Adhunik, Mr. Kedia adeptly navigated interactions with regulators, lenders, and investors, both in private equity and public markets. He spearheaded numerous capital raising endeavors, showcasing his acumen in financial management and strategic decision-making.
For the past five years, Mr. Kedia has served as the Group CFO of Atha Group, assuming comprehensive responsibility for all finance and accounting functions. In this capacity, he has played a pivotal role within the management team, steering the Group’s financial activities towards sustained health and stability.
Currently serving as the CFO of PCCL, Mr. Kedia embodies strategic leadership, driving the organization’s financial success and fostering sustainability. He upholds principles of transparency, integrity, and accountability in all financial dealings, contributing significantly to PCCL’s overall business plan growth trajectory and brand reputation.
Mr. Rudra Sen Singh
Executive Director
Mr. Singh is an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry and has spent over 30 years in carbon and other chemical plants. He has proven experience in both areas of the production process as well as quality control. He heads the Group’s CPC Plant as Executive Director (Operations). He is considered one of the veterans in the carbon industry.
Mr. Shibabrata Mishra

Mr. Mishra is a Diploma & BE in Metallurgy and holds more than 20 years of composite experience in the field of DRI in metallurgical operation & production management, quality & cost management, EHS management, project management. He is involved in planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. Also, increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards, corporate planning and strategy initiatives. He plays a vital role in planning and financial analysis for the group.
Anand Hari Upasani

Mr. Upasani is a seasoned industry professional with over 30 years of extensive experience across the Steel, Non-Ferrous Metals Recycling, and Carbon industries. He brings deep technical expertise combined with strong operational leadership, having successfully managed large-scale manufacturing operations and driven process excellence across multiple industrial verticals.
Rajesh Vadhera
General Manager (Commercial)
Rajesh Vadera, aged 51, is an experienced professional currently based in Kolkata, India, where he was born and raised. He graduated with a B.Com Honours from Calcutta University in 1995. With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Vadera brings a wealth of entrepreneurial insight and strategic procurement expertise to his current role.
Prior to joining the corporate sector, Rajesh spent 15+ years as a successful independent businessman. This formative period allowed him to master the art of building and maintaining high-value client relationships and navigating complex market dynamics—skills that have become the cornerstone of his professional approach.
In 2009, Mr. Vadera joined the Atha Group. Demonstrating consistent growth and dedication, he began his tenure as an Associate and steadily rose through the ranks. Today, he serves as the General Manager-Commercial, where he oversees critical procurement strategies and supply chain efficiencies.

Mr. Anand Roy is a distinguished techno-commercial professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in the metal manufacturing industry. He possesses a unique dual-competency, combining a strong technical foundation in Metallurgical Engineering with strategic acumen from an MBA in Marketing Management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Roy has mastered the full lifecycle of industrial operations, ranging from Quality Control (QC) and Operations to Technical Support. This deep shop-floor understanding empowers his specialization in Value Selling—providing clients not just with products, but with technical solutions that optimize performance.
His expertise is focused on the sales and marketing of Foundry Chemicals and Cast House Consumables. He has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering technical excellence with industry leaders such as Foseco India Ltd and Pyrotek India Pvt Ltd.
